This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced leader. Witton’s Headteacher will be responsible for leading rapid improvements at the school, while also embodying the values of both Witton Park Academy and AtC Trust.

Responsibilities for this role are divided into four main categories:
The appointment is subject to the current conditions of employment of Headteachers contained in the School Teachers Pay and Conditions document and other current educational and employment legislation including that of the Department for Education, and the terms of the Achievement through Collaboration Trust contract of employment. In carrying out his/her duties, the Headteacher shall consult, where appropriate, with the Chief Executive, the school’s local governing body, the staff of the school and the parents of its pupils.
