The role also involves supporting the child's fine motor skills, specifically pencil control and mark-making, while encouraging early literacy and numeracy awareness. The successful candidate will be patient, proactive, and able to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment, enabling the child to make continued progress and build confidence. In addition to supporting this child, you must be flexible and respond to the needs of the wider team as appropriate and instructed.
