Lead Mentor – School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT)
Location: North West
Salary: Salary range: £42,057–£49,232, depending on experience.
Start Date: To be confirmed
Work Pattern: 195 days directed annually operating on a hybrid office, school and home basis.

Achievement through Collaboration Trust and Kingsbridge EIP SCITT are seeking to appoint a committed, experienced, and inspirational professional to the role of Lead Mentor.

As Lead Mentor, you will be central to supporting trainee teachers throughout their training year ensuring they are well-prepared for a successful transition into their Early Career Teacher (ECT) phase. You will work closely with trainees, mentors, and partner schools to provide outstanding support across all aspects of the programme.
